For some time we have monitored the online visibility of EU Commissioners. The aim is to look the relationship between certain policy areas, the Commissioner in charge and how that can be addressed to spesific events people in the blogoshere care about. Looking in detail at these findings could well be a usefull exercise for the European Commission and those in charge of particular policy areas.
